Expansion of the Board of adept consult

Dr. Sousan Schah-Zeidi is appointed to the Board.

adept consult AG, a leading consultancy firm in the field of information logistics for the fund industry, has expanded its board.
The Supervisory Board of adept consult AG has appointed Dr. Sousan Schah-Zeidi as a member of the Board with effect from January 2008. Dr. Schah-Zeidi previously held the position of Head of Human Resources, Finance and Administration, and has been a partner of adept consult AG since 2005.

Following her doctorate, Dr. Schah-Zeidi occupied responsible positions in the sectors of tour-ism and chemicals, before taking over the management of the accounting responsibilities at adept consult in 1999.

With the appointment of Dr. Schah-Zeidi to the Board, adept consult continues to pursue its policy of the advancement of women in the company. “It has been clearly demonstrated that mixed management committees are significantly more successful, both economically and from the point of view of the company culture”, explained Klaus Beck-Dede, Chairman of the Board of adept consult AG.

A particularly important contribution in this respect is the various flexible working hours model offered by adept consult (flexible working hours accounts and part-time models). These improve the reconcilability of a profession, family and private interests, thereby making adept consult an attractive employer particularly amongst women, which is not the norm in the traditional male dominated “company consultancy”.
